Taro sues drugmakers Print E-mail

News from the FDA that Taro Pharmaceutical is suing three drugmakers for infringing a patent covering its head lice treatment Ovide.

The drugmakers are Synerx Pharma, Karalex Pharma and DPT Laboratories and the claim is they have infringed the ’445 patent covering Ovide (malathion) lotion 0.5 percent, Taro says in a statement.
